Waiver and Release of Liability

Thank you for attending our Underground Fan Club event. Before participating, please carefully read the following waiver and release of liability. By attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

I acknowledge and agree that participation in the event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this event.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Underground Fan Club, its officers, employees, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates (collectively, the "Organisers") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action related to any injury, loss, or damage sustained by me as a result of my participation in this event, including but not limited to those caused by negligence or other acts of the Organisers.

2. Personal Belongings

I understand that any personal belongings brought to the event venue are done so at my own risk. The Organisers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the event.

3. Consent to Photography and Videography

I understand that the event may be recorded through photography and videography. By attending, I grant the Organisers and their representatives permission to use my image, likeness, and voice in any photographs, videos, or promotional materials. This includes but is not limited to use on social media platforms, websites, and other promotional tools, without any compensation or further approval.

4. General Provisions

I confirm that I am physically fit and capable of participating in the event.

I agree to comply with all event rules, instructions, and safety guidelines provided by the Organisers.

I acknowledge that this waiver is binding upon me, my heirs, and assigns.
