‘GET COMFORTABLE WITH BEING UNCOMFORTABLE’

The theme for our first event of 2024 in partnership with Sportsshoes.com and adidas Terrex.

This intimate event was all about pushing boundaries and stepping out of comfort zones, creating a supportive and safe environment for women.

To kick things off, our host Sarah-Jane Crawford was joined by GB runners Eleanor Bolton and Holly Archer as they discussed the benefits of trail running, providing tips for trailing, whilst building confidence on how to run safely.

We then took to the trails, dressed head to toe in gifted Terrex kit, followed by a guided breathwork session and ice plunges from Wim Hof method instructor Ravi Modha.

As always, our community members brought so much energy and positive vibes to the event creating a truly memorable experience for everyone involved.
