MEUS Launch Event

Hosted by Underground Fan Club founder Charlie Copsey and starring former England Rugby player Ugo Monye and 3 x Muay Thai World Champion Charlie Peters.

To launch the new well-being and mental health app MEUS, we brought people together for a night of inspiration, motivation and entertainment at the Curtain Club in Shoreditch.

Ugo and Charlie shared stories from their professional careers as high-performing athletes and how they dealt with their transition into retirement.
It was an incredibly honest and open chat, talking about everything from failure, mental health and the pressures of being a man to body image, crying and the importance of talking (which we did a lot of!)

We also put the app into action as we tried out a 5-minute breath work session together.
